1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sparks ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Access to the Library

A free account gives you access to the library as it exists today: browsing and filtering it, opening live previews, and copying prompts and any saved source code. You may use and adapt what you copy in your own personal, client and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the material as a library of its own, and an account is per person.

There is no subscription running today. No plan is charged, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

4. Payments

The Platform does not take payments today. There is no checkout and no payment provider is connected. If paid plans are introduced, the payment and refund terms will be published here before anything can be charged.

5. Content and Ownership

The Platform brings together material from more than one source. Some of it is produced for the Platform, and some of it — including preview images and videos — is loaded from external hosts and belongs to whoever created it. Nothing here claims ownership of third-party material, and nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you. If you believe material on the Platform should not be here, get in touch and it will be removed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or engaging in conduct that is unlawful, abusive or disruptive to other users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
